In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
The pak345 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is strictly enforced. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pak345 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account where satisfactory proof is not provided.
To access the full features of the pak345 Platform, including the ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration remains accurate and up to date. pak345 may, at its sole discretion, reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) pak345 Account only. A single Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method is also generally expected. Where pak345 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through shared personal details, shared devices, shared payment instruments, or any other indicator — pak345 reserves the right to suspend all linked Accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
You must register using your real, legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document. Providing false, fictitious, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination. pak345 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's provision of inaccurate information.
pak345 is an internationally licensed platform primarily serving Pakistani players. Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit online gaming. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wagers. pak345 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak345 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members. All activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally carried out that activity.
In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak345 Customer Support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform. pak345 will investigate the report and, where appropriate, take interim protective measures including Account suspension pending investigation. pak345 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to safeguard their credentials adequately.
pak345 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer for Player Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. pak345 may, at its discretion, make 2FA mandatory for certain account actions including withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
pak345 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT TRC20 transactions. pak345 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak345 Balance on an instant basis upon confirmed transaction completion on the relevant mobile wallet network. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank) are subject to standard interbank processing times. pak345 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit transaction within your Account.
Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have completed full KYC verification. pak345 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally practicable. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within the same business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. pak345 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.
KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Players are strongly advised to complete KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid delays at the time of their first withdrawal request. pak345 may suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC at any time.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pak345 Account are legitimately owned by you, are free from any criminal origin, and do not violate any applicable anti-money laundering regulations. pak345 maintains anti-money laundering compliance programmes as required by its international gaming licence obligations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pak345 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be withdrawn. Until the Wagering Requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
pak345 actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, using matched betting strategies to exploit promotional terms, placing low-risk hedging wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and any other pattern of play designed to extract promotional value without genuine engagement with the Platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, pak345 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that remain outstanding at the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
All sports bets placed on the pak345 Platform are subject to the pak345 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are subject to event-specific settlement rules. pak345 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where the relevant event has been affected by circumstances outside the Platform's control.
All casino games, slots, and RNG-based titles available on pak345 operate using certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Malfunction or technical error in any game voids all affected play and stakes are returned. pak345 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
pak345 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Maximum bet limits and stake restrictions may apply across individual markets, events, or Player Accounts at pak345's discretion.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp" — pak345 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. What constitutes a palpable error is determined by pak345 at its sole discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak345 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Where pak345 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, pak345 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all pending bets and bonuses, forfeit any Account Balance pending investigation, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
All content published on the pak345 Platform — including but not limited to the pak345 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of pak345 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pak345. Unauthorised use of pak345 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
